Guidelines for Manuscript

All scientific papers, posters, and slides must be written in English. Oral presentations will be made in Italian or English. There will be no a simultaneous translation.
Presenters/authors have the opportunity to submit their works as:
• Oral presentations: (12 minutes presentations with an additional 5 minutes for Q&A).
• Poster presentations: posters will remain posted for the entire conference and presenters must stand by their posters during the poster session.

Submission guidelines:
All papers have to be submitted online and drafted according to the guidelines. There is no limit on the number of papers that can be sent by the same author or co-author. But at least for each paper there must be one registration fee.
Deadline for Submission of Title, Authors and Institutions:
March 15, 2013.
Deadline for Submission of extended manuscript: April 5, 2013.
Compliance with the manuscript formatting guidelines presented in the following sections will minimize work for authors, peer reviewers and staff and will facilitate subsequent revision of papers.
Deadline to send the revised (according reviewers) papers: May 15, 2013.
Manuscript specifications. Prepare papers in Microsoft Word or some other word processing (Page margins top: 2 cm, bottom: 2 cm, left: 3 cm, right: 3 cm; Font: Times New Roman; Size: 12 pt; Interlinear space: 1). Papers are accepted only   in English and the length of each paper, including the abstract (200 words, containing all information.) and references, must   be within 3 to 4 pages. Tables, figures, and graphs are allowed if required, but must be included in the 4 pages. Authors are invited to limit the figures and tables, providing only essential information. Citation style: (Black, 2008; Green and White, 2010; more than 2 authors, Samhovar et al., 2012).
Organization of manuscript
Submit the manuscript in a single electronic file organized in following sequence:
TITLE; AUTHORS; INSTITUTION; EMAIL (corresponding author); KEY WORDS: 3-5, ABSTRACT; BODY OF PAPER; REFERENCES; listed in alphabetical order (please limit conveniently the number of citations); ACKNOWLEDGMENTS.
